34 amino acid chain (Factor C Sushi peptide) with a rhodamine tag for detection. EndoDtec-F™ has high specificity for gram-negative bacteria and high accuracy for endotoxin.
EndoDtec-F™ is a rhodamine labeled 34mer peptide derived from the sushi 3 domain of horseshoe crab Factor C. This peptide can be used for the fluorescence detection of endotoxin on surfaces or as a reagentin the development of specific assays or ligand studies for endotoxin.

EndoZap-R™ is non-toxic and can be used as an anti-microbial. Anti-microbials are capable of destroying or inhibiting the growth of microorganism’s pathogenic actions. This product is compromised of the same amino acid chain as EndoDtec-F™. EndoZap-R is used to deactivate or neutralize the biological effects of endotoxin in aqueous solutions (water). Shipping container holds one to ten 1 mg vials.
EndoZap-R™ is used for the neutralization of endotoxin in aqueous solutions. EndoZap-R™ is a chemically synthesized 34mer peptide derived from the sushi domain 3 of the horseshoe crab Factor C. The peptide can neutralize endotoxin as determined by the LAL reaction and suppression of endotoxin-induced hTNF-alphasecretion from THP-1 monocytes. (Tan et. al., 2000).
